The "Delco-type rail fastening device (compression type)" is a low-cost elastic fastening device using a double tie plate method that integrates rubber and cast iron. It achieves a low spring constant while suppressing rail uplift, which is expected to be effective in reducing vibration and noise. It can accommodate both 50N and 60kg rails, as well as both leaf spring and coil spring types.
